How Offers Work?

All offers are "verified offers" which shows the seller that you are serious about purchasing their item:

1. The minimum offer must be at least 50% of the listing price.
2. Upon submitting an Offer, your credit card will be charged for the full offer amount, including shipping, taxes, and fees. 
3. The seller (Bártulos) has up to 72 hours to accept, decline or counter the verified offer.
4. If your offer is declined or the seller counter offers, we release your funds immediately. Typically, the pending offer charges will simply "disappear" from your bank or credit card statement, and you will not see a charge and credit*

If the item that you are interested in is available in multiples, simply change the quantity by hitting the + (or minus) sign until you have the desired number selected. Enter in the amount you are willing to pay per item and Bártulos will calculate the total you will pay if your offer is accepted.   Your Offer Summary will display the item(s) subtotal (number x price per item) plus all shipping, taxes, and fees, for the total amount you will be charged.

The Make an Offer feature is available on nearly all products, with the exception of art prints and a small number of products sold exclusively on Bártulos. 

 * Please note: Depending on your financial institution, the release may take up to 5 days to appear on your account.

 Shop safely with our Bártulos Buyer Guarantee

The Bártulos Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when making a purchase on Bártulos, in the event that your item:

 Does not arrive
 Is broken during transit
 Is entirely different than what you purchased

Except for:

 Some made-to-order items and a limited selection of other items (noted as non-refundable in the returns and cancellations section of the product description)
 Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
      o Upon inspection, if you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
      o Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final

All sales are final 48 hours after delivery.

 International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
 On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.

To request a return or notify us that you did not accept the item at pickup or delivery, please email support@Bartulosllc.com and include the order number and the reason for your return request.

Cancellations

 Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.

Once shipping or pickup has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
